Kimiya is the founder of Big Enough Global. They help businesses to recruit and retain multicultural talent through input into concrete measures and targets. In addition, they also help businesses set a framework for diversity and inclusion work. ‍ Kimiya has consulted several large enterprises in the private and public sectors in her work. She has been named one of Dagens Næringsliv's 30 leading stars under the age of 30, and studied law for 2.5 years before choosing to focus on entrepreneurial life. ‍ Fun fact: Kimiya has been a Norwegian chess champion twice
